As a second-generation real estate agent, I grew up surrounded by the world of real estate. Since the age of six, I’ve been learning the business from my mother, who taught me that success comes from hard work, integrity, and genuine care for others.

After earning my bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of British Columbia, I combined analytical thinking with people-focused service to create a results-driven, client-centered approach. Over the past 11 years, I’ve achieved more than $500 million in sales, built lasting client relationships, and earned a reputation for professionalism, negotiation expertise, and calm leadership—even in challenging markets.

Today, I’m proud to lead the Luis Gan Real Estate Team, a dedicated group of professionals serving the Greater Vancouver area, with a focus on Richmond and Vancouver Westside. Together, we share one clear purpose:
